How can I contact you directly with questions?
For assistance, email us at hello@jaggerandcash.com. To ensure the fastest response, please avoid sending multiple emails about the same issue, as this may move your inquiry to the end of the queue. We aim to respond within 72 hours, though it may take longer during busy periods or the holiday season. Thank you for your patience!
What if my item is damaged/defective?
If you order arrives damaged/defective due to a manufacturer's defect, a claim must be submitted to us within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by the postal carrier. Please email hello@jaggerandcash.com with photos of the defect and your order number and we would be glad to get a replacement sent out to you.
Jagger and Cash is not responsible for damages that may occur due to wear and tear, pilling, fabric thinning, dye fading, or damage to the fabric from outside sources. We are also not responsible for damages that may occur due to your wash routine and stain treatment. The use of harsh chemicals is not recommended.
