Return Policy
How to start a return?
Check out our Returns Portal and simply enter your order number and the email address or phone number associated with your purchase to initiate the return.
What is your Return Policy?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as store credit. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.
Please note that returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have the original tags still intact. All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged/defective due to a manufacturer's defect, a claim must be submitted to us within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by the postal carrier. Please email hello@jaggerandcash.com with photos of the defect and your order number.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your order is placed it cannot be modified.
We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
What is your Holiday Return Policy?
During the holidays, we will be extending our return policy to 30 days. Purchases needing to be returned during the holidays will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Refund Process
How long does it take to get a refund?
Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.
Exchanges
How do I start an exchange?
We want you to love your Jagger+Cash pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns only—no exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.
To start a return, please ensure your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. You can start your return at our Return Portal.
Shipping
Am I responsible for return shipping charges?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Please ship to the address below :

Non-Returnable Items
What items are not eligible for return?
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
- Items without the original tags and packaging
- Hats
- Items marked FINAL SALE (final sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.)
Sale items
Are sale items eligible for return?
All items purchased during a sale period are final sale.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. If a final sale item is sent back in an attempt for a refund, the items will be sent back to the customer.
We do not offer price adjustments.
