Shipping Details
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders totaling $250 or more.
All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact hello@jaggerandcash.com
Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.
Missing Packages
What happens if I have not received my package?
If you have not received your package or are experiencing delivery issues, please contact us at hello@jaggerandcash.com. Please note that filing a claim does not guarantee approval, as we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. We are unable to replace or refund merchandise that has been confirmed as delivered. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
Shipping Cost
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on US orders of $250+. Order total must meet the minimum requirement after any discounts are used. Standard domestic shipping for orders under $250 is a $10 flat fee and will ship standard ground.
Express shipping is available for a fee. Please note, processing and shipping times are two different things for all selected services.
Orders can not be edited or cancelled once placed due to our fulfillment SLA.
